Job Summary

Run formative and validation UX research to shape product strategy and confirm designs work in the real world. Partner with outbound and customer-facing teams to recruit participants and maintain ongoing customer conversations, and work closely with AI implementation teams and Forward Deployed Engineers inside enterprise deployments. Synthesize findings into prioritized recommendations that Product and Design can act on quickly, while building lightweight, repeatable research practices that scale at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and run formative research (discovery interviews, field studies, jobs-to-be-done) to inform product strategy and roadmap
•Conduct validation research (usability testing, concept testing, beta feedback loops) to pressure-test designs before and after release
•Partner with outbound and customer-facing teams to recruit participants and drive ongoing customer conversations
•Mine insights from AI implementation teams and Forward Deployed Engineers to turn frontline deployment pain points into UX improvements
•Synthesize findings into clear, prioritized recommendations and build lightweight, repeatable research practices

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of UX research experience, ideally for B2B/enterprise SaaS or technically complex products
•Strong qualitative and quantitative research methods with good judgment on what to use
•Experience researching with enterprise users and buyers
•Ability to work independently: scope studies, manage your own pipeline, and drive projects end to end
•Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills; readouts change decisions
