Job Summary

Manage the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of production across assigned product lines, including production planning and order execution. Oversee production readiness, workforce planning, and operational performance metrics such as OEE/OLE and productivity. Drive ERP/SAP/MES updates, quality coordination, HSE and ISO compliance, reporting, risk management, and corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional coordination to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead production operations to deliver production plans safely, on time, within quality standards, and cost targets.
•Plan and manage production readiness, ensuring availability of manpower, materials, tools, equipment, documentation, and system requirements before execution.
•Oversee production order execution through ERP/SAP/MES, including order release, routing compliance, labor booking, material consumption, traceability, and order closure.
•Manage workforce planning and operational performance by optimizing manpower utilization, shift coverage, OEE/OLE, productivity, and recovery actions.
•Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards (SOPs, ISO, HSE regulations, 5S, audit readiness) and drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, engineering, industrial, technical, or related operational environments, including managing teams and production execution.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Electrical) or a related technical field.
•Experience in an agile, structured, regulated production environment (including aerospace/defense), with exposure to ERP systems and production orders.
•Exposure to OLE/OEE, PR follow-up, quality systems, HSE requirements, ISO standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
•MS Word/Excel and training or certification in production management, lean manufacturing/operational excellence, ERP/SAP/MES, ISO 9001/45001/14001, HSE awareness (NEBOSH), internal audit, risk management, or people management (PMP).
