Shop Foreman - 2nd Shift

Supervise hourly associates in an Inspection Center to safely move vehicles for reconditioning, ensuring daily/weekly/monthly inventory production and quality targets are met. Oversee day-to-day operations, coach and manage performance, and resolve conflicts while aligning with Carvana values. Review and approve mechanical/physical defects, partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions, and train teams to complete repairs correctly the first time.
