Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support a pod of New Bets Licensing Associates or Senior Associates, setting priorities, clarifying ownership and deadlines, reviewing work quality, and holding the team accountable for outcomes.
  • •Direct virtual-assistant capacity supporting licensing workflows, including work allocation, training, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
  • •Own complex licensing programs end to end, from requirements research through provider instructions, application submission, status tracking, issue resolution, renewals, and reporting.
  • •Build and maintain scalable SOPs, operating cadences, quality controls, documentation standards, escalation paths, and audit-ready records.
  • •Use metrics to manage capacity, throughput, timeliness, quality, provider experience, and execution risk; identify gaps and lead improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •5–9 years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
  • •Licensing domain depth, including state licensing requirements and application/renewal processes for Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Therapists.
  • •People-leadership experience, including setting priorities, directing work, giving feedback, managing performance, and developing team members.
  • •Owned complex operational programs with rigorous quality, compliance, documentation, and deadline requirements.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to simplify complex regulatory or operational issues for different audiences.
