Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as overall program leader for key engineering initiatives from concept through execution.
  • •Define, plan, and drive program plans based on guidance from management and senior technical leaders.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end program execution across development and validation, ensuring alignment across hardware, firmware, software, and driver teams.
  • •Develop and manage integrated program schedules including dependencies, milestones, and validation readiness.
  • •Maintain program management artifacts (plans of record, statements of work, schedules, budgets, scope, and performance/quality KPIs) and identify/mitigate risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on experience working with hardware and/or software validation teams, including test planning and readiness reviews.
  • •Strong understanding of requirements management, documentation management, defect tracking, and validation sign-off processes.
  • •Ability to translate technical and validation discussions and meeting minutes into clear, actionable plans.
  • •Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical and validation topics to diverse stakeholders.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel is a plus; Agile development experience is preferred.
