Key Responsibilities

  • •Own insecticide project development work in China, including budget proposal, protocol design, trials arrangement, data uploading, analysis, and project summarizing.
  • •Manage trials for other programs in south and west of China, such as herbicide/fungicide/biologicals trials.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with cooperators to complete field trials and obtain high-quality data.
  • •Collect reliable trial data and pictures in a timely manner and prepare summaries according to project progress.
  • •Upload trial data into the Field Trial Management System and coordinate with managers and other functions to support goals, training, and technology transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (preferably in Agriculture, Plant Protection, or related major).
  • •Minimum 7 years of professional experience in product development, preferably in insecticides.
  • •Be familiar with pesticide knowledge and insecticide field trial test methods for fruit and vegetables pest management solutions.
  • •Independently conduct and evaluate field trials, including fruit and vegetables insecticide trials, fungicide trials, and herbicide trials.
  • •Strong English reading/writing/oral communication skills, including preparing English presentations and using English data analysis software/data management systems.
