Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale product features that process billions of events daily with visible query latency and correctness.
  • •Own end-to-end design and delivery of substantial projects, including scoping, technical decisions, shipping, and instrumentation.
  • •Improve technical product decisions around grouping quality, search performance, migrations, backfills, and surface usability for humans and agents.
  • •Champion product quality and user experience by building features that delight, instrumenting everything to measure and improve.
  • •Mentor and elevate other engineers through systems design and coding practice, and collaborate through wins and failures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, ideally Python and TypeScript.
  • •Strong domain modeling skills with experience in distributed systems, data stores, and message queues.

  • •Ability to design for failure and build systems that degrade gracefully at scale.
