Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide prompt, thorough customer service to ensure an excellent fan experience.
  • •Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS.
  • •Handle guest credit/debit card transactions and related processing.
  • •Prepare the stand display before the event and maintain it throughout the event.
  • •Take inventory before and after the show, including end-of-event closeout and final merchandise counts/returns.
