Job Summary

Lead sales operations across Northern China for an academic publishing portfolio, driving revenue growth, market-share expansion, and profitable, sustainable trading. •Design and execute a 1–3 year territory business plan and tailored sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and expand into new geographies.
•Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, monitor and analyze performance, and develop KPIs to drive data-driven improvements and resource allocation.
•Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including setting expectations, conducting 1:1s, and managing performance and development.
•Represent the company in high-stakes discussions and build relationships with institutions, market segments, and government bodies to unlock opportunities.
•Identify and deliver strategic initiatives aligned to quality improvement and Six Sigma criteria, ensuring compliance with trading and terms policy.
