Job Summary

Support the Treaties team in reinsurance brokerage for clients based in Milan, learning the technical tools and collaborating with colleagues across Italy and internationally. Contribute to analyses of reinsurance contracts, renewal data (premiums, losses, risk profiles), and ad-hoc evaluations for new business opportunities. Help monitor customer KPIs and business lines, support marketing activities, and assist in client relationship management, visits, and market events.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze reinsurance contracts for the Treaties team.
•Prepare renewal data including premiums, losses, and risk profiles.
•Produce ad-hoc analyses to evaluate new business opportunities and maximize customer value.
•Support KPI analyses for customers and relevant business lines in the Danni segment and the market more broadly.
•Organize marketing activities and support client relationship efforts, including visits and market events.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in (re)insurance brokerage, either at an insurance company or a reinsurer.
•Degree in economics, finance, actuarial sciences, statistics, or other scientific subjects.
•Strong critical analysis of data, market opportunities, and customer needs.
•Fluent English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills.
•Strong Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
