Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into people strategies.
  • •Guide org design, workforce planning, talent management, and team effectiveness.
  • •Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership behaviors, and development conversations.
  • •Lead and support core HR processes including talent reviews, succession planning, engagement actions, and performance cycles.
  • •Use people data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities while driving engagement and culture initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • •Solid experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, or related HR leadership roles.
  • •Experience partnering with managers and senior leaders on people-related topics and organizational priorities.
  • •Experience handling employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges with sound judgment.
  • •Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) and strong stakeholder influencing abilities.
