•Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective people strategies
•Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and team effectiveness
•Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership behaviors, and development conversations
•Lead and support core HR processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, engagement actions, and performance cycles
•Use people data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend practical actions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
•Solid experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, or related HR leadership roles
•Experience partnering with managers and senior leaders on people-related topics
•Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business priorities
•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
