Job Summary

Lead Anyscale’s Infrastructure, SRE, and Enterprise Governance Engineering teams, guiding technical direction and building high-performing teams to solve complex distributed systems challenges. Own strategy and execution for core platform components including cluster launcher, AWS/GCP/Azure support, Kubernetes, cluster autoscaling, control and data planes, reliability, billing, and production databases. Partner with customers and field engineering to troubleshoot problems and ensure successful outcomes.

•Guide the vision and technical direction for Infrastructure, SRE, and Enterprise Governance teams, including recruiting and enabling high-performing engineers.
•Oversee strategy and execution for platform components: cluster launcher, cloud provider integrations, Kubernetes support, autoscaling, and reliability.
•Own control plane and data plane components and their associated systems.
•Drive delivery for billing stack and related production database components.
•Collaborate with customers and field engineering to solve problems and ensure successful outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 270,000 - 320,000 annually
