Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the team of engineers and designers and oversee the design and approval of all electrical work on assigned projects.
  • •Ensure detail design methods, standards, and data meet client requirements, and participate in project scheduling and reviews.
  • •Develop maintenance programs to ensure reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.
  • •Manage electrical engineering projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • •Provide technical expertise and support, including vendor/third-party document review, electrical calculations/studies, requisitions and bid evaluations, and FATs/SATs attendance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent) with 15+ years of relevant Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas experience.
  • •At least five (5) years in a similar mega oil & gas or petrochemical projects role, including managing specialists, senior engineers, and engineers.
  • •Offshore experience is required (ADNOC experience desired).
  • •PMC experience is required and you must be fully coherent in international codes and standards.
  • •Excellent command of spoken and written English, plus hands-on experience working with SPEL and offshore/onshore electrical codes, specifications, and practices.
