Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and process electronic/over-deductible funding requests and prefunds management on time.
  • •Process service fee and center invoices and manage various check request payments across business lines.
  • •Perform FAST system reconciliations and handle Third Party Deductible (TPD) issues.
  • •Complete balance sheet account reconciliations in Blackline in line with Zurich policies and guidelines.
  • •Execute ICFR financial statement controls, support the Team Manager, and participate in process improvement projects with daily US stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Finance and accounting or economics academic degree (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

  • •Fluent English (spoken and written at C1 level).
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and experience with financial systems (SAP preferred).
