Job Summary

Operate and support dry blend manufacturing in Kerry’s Clark facility by compounding formulas accurately by weight and ingredients, following batch sheet instructions, and ensuring proper methodology for each product mix. Maintain material quality using FIFO lot rotation, raw material handling, and accurate labeling for lab evaluation. Apply 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices (including allergen controls) while working safely with industrial equipment during the 1st shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Compound formulas accurately by weight and ingredients using appropriate methodology for each product mix.
•Apply working knowledge of raw materials, including mixing/heating and ensuring quality and consistency in batches.
•Utilize inventory lot rotation (FIFO) for all materials used and properly label batches submitted to the lab for evaluation.
•Use working knowledge of manufacturing equipment including pumps, mixers, scales, fork trucks, storage units, meters, and computers.
•Follow 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices, including allergen handling and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
•Experience within the Flavor or a closely related industry, with proficiency in compounding techniques and raw materials.
•Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
•Follow proper housekeeping and sanitary GMP procedures to prevent product contamination.
•HS or equivalent experience; must be proficient in the use of scales and other compounding equipment.
