Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide highly skilled, personalized concierge service to fulfill guests’ unique needs and ensure seamless experiences.
  • •Handle guest inquiries (shopping, itinerary personalization, recommendations and arrangements) and coordinate arrivals and departures.
  • •Arrange transportation (airport transfers, limousines, car rentals), handle luggage, escort guests, and provide orientations to hotel services and facilities.
  • •Maintain and record guest preferences in relevant systems and coordinate follow-up with internal departments to ensure requests are completed.
  • •Anticipate needs by arranging tickets, tours, excursions, special requests, and personalized amenities; resolve guest issues and escalate to management when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • •At least one year of experience in a luxury hotel concierge role.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
  • •Proficiency in Opera PMS.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the local area (attractions, restaurants, events, and transportation) and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
