Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily operation and continuous improvement for Microsoft 365 workplace platforms with a focus on secure collaboration, user experience, automation, and service outcomes.
  • •Administer Microsoft 365 collaboration services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID-integrated experiences.
  • •Implement and maintain governance for Teams, SharePoint sites, groups, guest access, third-party apps, ownership, lifecycle management, and service configuration.
  • •Support Power Platform governance, including environment management and secure app/flow lifecycle practices.
  • •Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, and improve runbooks/knowledge articles and repeatable support processes using automation tools.

Key Requirements
