Job Summary

Ensure construction projects are completed safely and meet objectives by planning and scheduling work, allocating resources, controlling costs, and providing technical direction. Oversee on-site execution, monitor progress, and address delays, risks, and issues. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, conduct inspections and quality checks, manage documentation and contracts, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with company policies and IMS.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
•Supervise activities on-site by scheduling labor, materials, and equipment for efficient execution.
•Monitor project progress, identify delays/risks/issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
•Conduct inspections and quality control checks for compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements; prepare and review project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Key Requirements

•8+ years working experience and 5 years relevant working experience.
•In-depth understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials.
•Proficiency with project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
•Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
•ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills is required to succeed in the role.
