Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital and self-service options. Maintain strong client experiences through greeting, basic transaction processing, and follow-up.
