Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery for strategic marketing programs, translating marketing strategy into roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Establish and continuously improve marketing PMO governance, stage gates, change control, templates/playbooks, intake/prioritization models, and operating rhythms (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
  • •Manage marketing portfolio capacity and resources, run planning processes (OKRs/campaign calendars), and identify bottlenecks to implement process, staffing, vendor, and automation solutions.
  • •Provide leadership for Marketing Technology Operations by administering and configuring the customer journey orchestration platform, including workflows, rules/triggers/integrations, QA, experiments, and documentation.
  • •Direct Change Management and lead marketing-led enterprise initiatives with executive steering, RAID/dependency management, consolidated reporting, risk/issue escalation, launch readiness, and post-launch adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years in program/project management, marketing operations, or PMO leadership in complex, cross-functional marketing environments.
  • •Deliver integrated marketing programs and manage portfolios across multiple channels and teams.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across program/project management and either MarTech and/or Change Management.
