Key Responsibilities

  • •Own partner portfolio end-to-end, including managing 3–5 strategic consulting and SI partners with QBRs, joint business plans, pipeline reviews, and escalations.
  • •Build working-level relationships with partner Practice Leads, Client Partners, and Principals; serve as the go-to contact for partner engagement.
  • •Drive co-sell execution by leading account mapping, pipeline generation, and joint deal execution with enterprise sales.
  • •Operationalize partner enablement by launching and scaling certification programs, training, FDE playbooks, and reference architectures.
  • •Convert pilots to production and unblock deployments by coordinating with Field Engineering, APM/ADM, and account teams, while tracking adoption metrics and executing joint GTM initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in partnerships, alliances, or sales with top-tier SIs or consulting firms.
  • •Ability to turn partnerships into real revenue, not just relationship management.
  • •Comfort operating with both executive and working-level stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • •Experience driving co-sell motions and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
