Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve business problems and develop solutions using statistical and advanced analytics methodologies to deliver data-driven insights and models.
  • •Lead at least one client engagement end-to-end, including regular client updates, meetings, and risk/obstacle analysis.
  • •Build deep client relationships, anticipate business problems, and act as a thought partner for account growth.
  • •Support sales efforts for RFPs and pitches and contribute to firm growth through training sessions.
  • •Coach and groom the team on analytics techniques, problem-solving, project management, and client relationship management.

Key Requirements

  • •5-11 years of Analytics/Predictive Modeling using Python/R, SQL and Machine Learning with strong project management skills
  • •Expertise in Python/R plus SQL & advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as general linear model
  • •Lead at least one client engagement independently and execute end-to-end client engagements with stakeholder management
  • •B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
  • •Experience in solving business problems, developing data-driven analyses, and delivering insights with empirical validation
