Key Responsibilities

•Develop outbound and inbound communications with prospects through personalized email, cold calling and social selling to drive engagement in key target accounts.
•Qualify and progress conversations into sales opportunities by communicating how Databricks will meet client needs effectively.
•Partner with the wider sales team to develop territory strategy, build pipeline and drive adoption.
•Conduct account and prospect research to inform outreach campaigns and tailor messaging for the Italian market.
•Provide a great customer experience for prospective customers and help scale Databricks in a budding regional team.

Key Requirements

•Must be fluent in Italian and English (minimum C1 proficiency in both)
•Great communication skills, especially listening and questioning in phone-based and in-person scenarios
•Prior successful sales experience is a plus but not necessary
•Determination to succeed, learn and build the next best enterprise software company
•Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences
