Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and provide technical expertise to support pressure plant operations and long-term business requirements.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and drive operational improvement opportunities that enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety performance.
  • •Support the Chief Plant Engineer in meeting regulatory and legislative requirements and act on their behalf when required.
  • •Provide guidance on heat, steam, air, and pressure systems, including boilers and related infrastructure.
  • •Contribute to workforce capability through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing, while promoting a strong safety culture through visible field leadership and risk management practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others.
  • •First Class or Second Class Power Engineer Certificate of Competency.
  • •Experience in plant operations involving pressure systems, boilers, and steam generation (or similar industrial environments).
  • •Experience gained in mining, oil and gas, utilities, or other heavy industrial operations.
  • •Valid Class 5 driver's licence, with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
