Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and govern ontologies and optimized data models with stakeholders focused on data discoverability, search, and product development.
  • •Support data integration and mapping to harmonize data with enterprise and domain ontologies.
  • •Advocate the value of ontologies, semantics, and standardization across the business and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information science, computer science, engineering, library science, ontology, semantics, or computational linguistics (or a combination).
  • •At least 2 years of metadata-related experience, or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience or training with W3C standards for linked/canonical data and ontologies (JSON, XML, RDF, RDFS, OWL, SKOS).
  • •At least 2 years’ experience or training with ontology and linked data tools (e.g., Protégé, TopQuadrant, PoolParty, Stardog, AnzoGraph, Neptune, Data.World).
  • •At least 2 years’ experience or training with SQL and SPARQL (or a combination).
