Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project delivery from inception through commissioning and handover to operations.
  • •Coordinate construction-related activities with the general contractor and architect/engineer, including constructability reviews and risk mitigation.
  • •Support design phase services (minimum functionality case, value engineering, long-lead procurement input, RFP support, baseline schedule, progress updates).
  • •Coordinate design and construct activities: interfaces with local authorities, review product data submittals and drawings, participate in criticality assessment workshops.
  • •Oversee construction phase services: review GC and subcontractor schedules, conduct regular site visits and status meetings, track issues/punch-list, support inspections/tests, and coordinate documentation updates.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years construction field experience.
  • •Degree in construction management or equivalent; OSHA certified.
  • •Proficient/expert with Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to lead, coordinate, and organize multiple stakeholders (including general contractor) and provide project/program status reports.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work on site.
