Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide fast, accurate, professional clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients to keep the clinic running smoothly.
  • •Manage electronic and hard-copy health records and data in line with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care.
  • •Prepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities for operational and compliance requirements.
  • •Support day-to-day clinic operations including filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery/stores, and processing supply requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role, with medical setting experience highly desirable.

  • •Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • •Sound computer literacy, with experience using electronic health record systems highly regarded.
