Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance across critical plant equipment, facilities, utilities, and the powerhouse.
  • •Supervise and train Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians; ensure maintenance systems, processes, and documentation support performance.
  • •Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; implement prevention and predictive maintenance programs (including TPM and safety practices).
  • •Monitor and report maintenance KPIs (e.g., equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness) with regular status updates.
  • •Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, maintain accurate maintenance/inventory records, and handle continuity in the absence of key personnel.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related) and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; may require working long hours and weekends.
