Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, design, and develop next-generation software-based industrial automation solutions using AI to enhance process control and reliability.
  • •Collaborate with systems architecture, UX, and cross-functional engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver industrial automation software products.
  • •Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
  • •Partner with R&D teams and customers to support new product introductions and ensure solutions meet technical and business objectives.
  • •Perform software quality assurance activities including code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization; support complex software integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of software development practices and real-time systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (credit average or above).
  • •Experience deploying large-scale industrial automation and control systems, including DCS, SCADA, and APC applications.
  • •Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices.
