Loan Recovery Specialist

Drive borrower resolution and loss mitigation for delinquent loans by reviewing credit disputes, evaluating workout and repayment options, and coordinating foreclosure prevention. Manage collections, bankruptcy-related documentation, and recovery activities including repossessions, short sales, deed-in-lieu, and OREO processes. Ensure regulatory and investor guideline compliance, maintain accurate records and reporting for audit readiness, and collaborate with borrowers, attorneys, agencies, vendors, and internal partners.
