Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, probation tracking, employee changes, leave, and exits.
  • •Lead and develop a small HR operations team, setting priorities, reviewing work, and building capability.
  • •Oversee payroll process accuracy, compliance, timeliness, and payroll governance for audits and issue resolution.
  • •Identify and implement HR automation and process improvements, moving operations from ad hoc to repeatable and scalable.
  • •Govern People policies and ensure consistent application, using UAE labor law knowledge and managing relevant visa and employment documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years of HR Operations experience, including prior experience leading a team.
  • •Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or changing environments, ideally in technology.
  • •Experience overseeing payroll operations (direct payroll processing not required).
  • •Strong grasp of HR foundations to scale (processes, documentation, data discipline, automation).
  • •Practical knowledge of UAE employment context and UAE labor law for ongoing compliance.
