Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of custom development and AI consultants while contributing directly to key projects.
  • •Own delivery and quality for custom development and AI technical practices, including bespoke integrations, scripting, and solutions built on Egnyte APIs using Python and React.
  • •Guide customers on MCP server integrations, agentic AI architecture, and custom prompt design to maximize business value.
  • •Engage with customers during pre-sales architecture reviews and throughout the engagement lifecycle to understand requirements and shape solution designs.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, establish best practices and reusable solution patterns, and track delivery performance and resource planning.
