  • •Lead logistics and freight optimization across the Americas to improve cost, service, quality, delivery, capacity, and cash flow.
  • •Analyze freight spend and logistics performance to identify savings opportunities and drive network optimization.
  • •Develop transportation strategies across modes (ground, air, ocean, parcel), evaluate carriers, and support carrier selection and agreements.
  • •Develop and execute indirect procurement sourcing strategies, budgets, and savings targets, including RFQs, negotiations, and compliance.
  • •Build reporting/KPI dashboards, reengineer freight processes, coordinate transportation projects, and support logistics training using corporate transportation tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of professional experience in an international or multinational business environment.
  • •2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, import/export, or transportation-related functions.
  • •Strong analytical and financial acumen to evaluate costs, identify trends, and develop optimization strategies.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus strong communication skills in English.
