Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to the sector country team in line with divisional vision, goals, and strategies; report directly to the Country Managing Director.
  • •Implement strategy and deliver high-quality services that create sustainable value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
  • •Deliver robust plans for successful contract delivery, driving organic growth and new business in the sector.
  • •Recruit, professionally manage, and develop Contract Managers; ensure contracts are optimally structured, managed, and staffed.
  • •Ensure compliance with local and Serco policies for health, safety, and wellbeing; manage performance against KPIs/SLAs and deliver revenue, profit, and cash targets.

  • •Well-developed knowledge across all business functions (e.g., finance, business development, HR, communications).
