Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and process products at customer docks or shipping/receiving points, including unpacking and de-trashing materials when necessary.
  • •Record inventory receipts against packing slips and follow up on discrepancies.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory levels in storerooms and customer back-stock areas, stocking POU locations based on required inventory schedules.
  • •Transact stocking quantities by item and location using a scanner and proprietary software, and download transactions to verify records capture and order generation.
  • •Conduct regular POU audits (signage, items, min/max levels, contact info), track changes, communicate inventory availability issues with an escalation path, and support special onsite projects.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •1+ years of prior work experience; experience in material handling and/or working in a clean-room environment is a plus.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, reaching above shoulder height, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and pushing/pulling.
  • •Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment while communicating effectively with internal and external teams.
  • •Experience in a GMP facility is desired; Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
