•Lead growth across the SEQ Highways market, leveraging your network to strengthen client relationships with TMR, local government and key infrastructure clients.
•Deliver complex highways projects by providing leadership across major road, corridor and transport infrastructure projects with high-quality, technically robust outcomes.
•Drive technical excellence by championing best practice in highways design and delivery and supporting innovation across digital engineering and integrated design solutions.
•Strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration by working with planners, designers and technical specialists across ANZ to deliver integrated project outcomes.
•Develop and mentor a high-performing team, building capability and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.

•Proven experience working with TMR and/or local government clients
