  • •Design and operate governance controls across products, data platforms, models, and agents to enforce consent, access, and data-sharing rules.
  • •Lead verified user rights operations, including access, correction, deletion, and consent management with Product on self-service tools.
  • •Hire and grow a dedicated privacy engineering team to scale privacy and governance work across the company.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years hands-on software engineering experience with the depth to build and ship enforcement infrastructure yourself.
  • •Deep experience in privacy engineering or data governance, including familiarity with GDPR and CCPA.
  • •Experience as an engineering manager who maintained real technical depth, or a Staff+ engineer ready to move into people management.
  • •Experience with AI/ML governance, model evaluation pipelines, or generative AI systems.
  • •Background at a consumer tech company at scale or with a significant European user base.
