Job Summary

Lead Proposals & Estimation (P&E) efforts for key sales opportunities, managing bids from bid-no-bid approval through order booking. Coordinate proposal development across technical solution and cost calculation, create and maintain bid plans and action tracking, and support project teams with delivery planning elements like labor histograms, schedules, and WBS (sometimes drafting them). Work in a hybrid 3+2 model and travel as needed to close offers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead P&E efforts on key sales opportunities from bid-no-bid approval through order booking, coordinating and developing proposals as needed.
•Create and maintain the bid plan and review/update the action rail to assign follow-ups and ensure timely completion.
•Support the project team to create the project delivery plan, including labor histogram, project schedule, and WBS (sometimes drafting).
•Support the bid team virtually or face to face, travel to different locations if needed, and coordinate focus sessions to close the offer/bid.
•Review and align the value proposition with customer needs and Honeywell strategy (BTI, NPI, first party content initiatives).
