Job Summary

Own the business vision, requirements, and roadmap for MongoDB’s PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platform, partnering closely with engineering/IT and the partner organization. Define strategy and prioritize capabilities across partner onboarding, deal registration, enablement, incentives, and reporting. Run structured discovery, write BRDs and acceptance criteria, lead UAT cycles, drive change management and adoption, and measure platform health and progress with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the long-term business vision and strategy for the PRM platform based on partner and internal stakeholder needs.
•Build and maintain a prioritized PRM product roadmap balancing competing demands across partner programs, enablement, digital process, and AI operations.
•Run structured discovery and translate needs into BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria engineering/IT can build against.
•Act as the primary business-side liaison to engineering/IT and implementation partners/vendors to ensure business intent survives technical delivery.
•Lead UAT, drive change management and adoption, and track platform health/adoption metrics while reporting progress to leadership.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management, business systems, or business analysis experience, ideally with exposure to PRM/CRM or partner/channel technology platforms in B2B SaaS or infrastructure/data companies.
•Deep working knowledge of PRM functions such as partner onboarding, deal registration, MDF/incentive tracking, tiering, and co-sell workflows.
•Experience authoring clear BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and partnering with engineering/IT teams to deliver.
•Strong cross-functional stakeholder management to gather and reconcile competing requirements and prioritize transparently.
•Track record supporting enterprise platform rollouts through UAT, change management, and adoption efforts.
