Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and map the employee benefits offered in each Serco EU country, accounting for local labour law, statutory minimums, and market practice.
  • •Liaise with in-country stakeholders (HR/People teams and business unit leads) to validate and complete benefits data for each country.
  • •Build a consolidated country-by-country overview of benefits for easy comparison and reporting.
  • •Benchmark each country’s benefits package against local sector/industry averages to identify positioning versus market norms.
  • •Support recommendations and help prepare a final summary report and presentation with findings and proposed next steps.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • •Strong research and analytical skills to synthesise information into clear comparisons.
  • •Excellent organisational skills to manage a multi-country data collection and mapping project independently.
  • •Strong written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent) for data mapping and reporting.
