Key Responsibilities

•Execute local community events and brand experience activations aligned with regional and national field marketing strategies.
•Support assigned regional studios with events, partner activations, community experiences, and key brand moments.
•Ensure studios are informed, prepared, and equipped to deliver experiences that meet brand standards.
•Manage on-site execution, including setup, show flow, customer engagement, and breakdown.
•Build and maintain local community and brand partnerships, identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
