Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the technical direction for major application networking initiatives, owning designs from proposal through general availability.
  • •Lead development of ingress, private connectivity, DNS, and security controls at large scale and address issues in performance, reliability, and operability.
  • •Drive multi-quarter cross-organizational projects and guide them through delivery for teams that depend on this platform.
  • •Raise operational quality by leading end-to-end operational investigations, complex incident investigations and reviews, and participating in on-call rotation.
  • •Mentor and support engineers as a subject matter expert, partnering with product management and senior engineering stakeholders on trade-offs and roadmap direction.

  • •Experience operating high-availability SaaS platforms, responding to incidents, and improving reliability over time.
