Product Test Technician

Serve as a “Quality Gatekeeper” in a wafer fabrication process by performing visual and statistical inspection of wafer maps to identify defect signatures. Use wafer map libraries, Statistical Bin Limits (SBL), and Common Probe Outlier (CPO) thresholds to decide dispositions via inking protocols. Monitor automation detection gaps, escalate findings to PDE engineers, maintain documentation in Confluence, and drive continuous improvement using data analysis and automation.
