Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect wafer maps to identify defect signatures and compare results against a wafer map library to determine known-device failure patterns.
  • •Execute inking/disposition protocols to exclude suspect dies and prevent underkill and overkill.
  • •Monitor SBL and CPO thresholds, identify gaps in automated detection, and escalate findings to PDE engineers.
  • •Coordinate with PDE and back-end Probe Sites, providing technical troubleshooting support and priority updates.
  • •Maintain the wafer map library and documentation for qualification lots, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • •2+ years of equivalent experience to high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Advanced Excel proficiency, including importing data, pivot tables, complex charts, and data validation.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Ability to work in an interrupt-driven environment, handling urgent engineering requests alongside routine tasks.
