Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide layout support to MMIC/RFIC Design Team
  • •Verification using Design Rule Checking (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic (LVS)
  • •Reticle building and photomask ordering
  • •Data Check, Documentation, and Peer Reviewing
  • •Prepare designs for photomask order and delivery into Raytheon’s III-V Semiconductor Fab

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of IC layout and physical verification experience
