Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Project Management commissions with end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface and ensure objectives are met across time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Advise on project approach at conception, establish success criteria, and plan ongoing quality, safety, health, and environment management.
  • •Set up project governance, processes, and systems; create detailed project plans and manage resource procurement inputs.
  • •Lead cross-functional team coordination, apply performance management using KPIs, manage change control, monitor project finances, and drive reporting and communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • •Professionally qualified (MCIOB / APM or similar).
  • •Proven experience managing Healthcare projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • •Ability to manage end-to-end delivery and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Experience with project governance, planning, and change control processes.
