Job Summary

Lead store sales and service to deliver exceptional guest experience, partnering with the General Manager to execute the store’s business strategy. Oversee the Sales & Service team, coaching for product education and guest connection, and drive daily customer relationships. •Investigate and root-cause sales opportunities in partnership with the General Manager and escalate process or system gaps.
•Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience by assessing guest connection and technical product education.
•Build client relationships daily with customers and ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
•Partner with the General Manager to build and execute the Sales & Service strategy for the store.
•Represent the business in meetings and conference calls, and manage budget/reporting using metrics such as Expenses and Sell-Thru.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.65 - 40.87 hourly

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
•Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

•Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
