Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage the HR cycle for the IGA group: develop skills, set and evaluate objectives, participate in recruitment.
  • •Lead the team: enhance technical animation, improve engineering processes, adapt operations, and communicate with group members.
  • •Manage workload plan: schedule team tasks, allocate resources across projects, prioritize, and coordinate with other project leaders to ensure skill alignment.
  • •Participate in validation of technical content and project timelines; review technical documentation.
  • •Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and cost estimates for group activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading a technical team and site management
  • •Strong RF engineering knowledge and experience in development, IVVQ
  • •Solid knowledge of HSE (Hygiène Sécurité et Environnement) aspects
  • •Good autonomy, initiative, and listening skills; able to develop and lead a team
  • •Ideally skills in power electronics / pulsed high-power electronics
