Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead supply chain strategy and execution for complex aerospace electromechanical products.
  • •Manage blended AML strategy and collaborate with Procurement to develop and maintain the AML.
  • •Act as the primary technical supply chain interface between Red 6 and contract manufacturing partners.
  • •Monitor supplier performance and quality, driving corrective actions and serialization documentation.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality teams and provide senior leadership with updates on risks and mitigations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in technical supply chain management, sourcing, or supplier management in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics industries
  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials or related field
  • •Experience managing supply chains for complex electromechanical systems including PCBAs, cables/harnesses, and mechanical assemblies
  • •Proven experience working with contract manufacturers
  • •Strong understanding of aerospace quality standards and traceability requirements
