Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation through visual merchandising changes (product recovery, restock/destock) aligned to directives with the Visual Manager
  • •Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones/visual support to business needs
  • •Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet expectations, budgets, and timelines
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience by inspiring and coaching associates; support recruitment and development and provide associate feedback using company performance tools
