  • •Assist in tracking upcoming releases related to samples and other third-party materials.

  • •Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • •Support the preparation and distribution of clearance status reports to relevant teams, including royalties and Sony Music’s document retention system.
